About Me

Hi – I’m Don.  I used to be a Corporate guy. For twenty years I had a solid track record, did “the right things”, moved companies and departments, climbed The Ladder, blah, blah, blah.  I survived management fad after management fad, boss after boss, re-org after re-org.  And then one day in late 2010, I discovered that I was not going to fit into the latest New World Order, and it was time for me to go. It was an amicable departure, all things considered, but a definitely a departure.  And I found myself on The Outside, looking for a new start.

After years of thinking that there were other ways to make a living and a life other than the Corporate route, this was an aligning of the stars.

I view my departure from Corporate America as the opportunity of a lifetime – part wake-up call, part call to arms, part clean slate – a chance to tear up the playbook, to reconsider what I am doing with my life and my place in the world, and basically to reinvent who I am.  A chance to build what I call a 21st Century Life.

Today I describe myself as a Digital Entrepreneur, a Recovering Corporate Escapee, and a Reinvention-in-Progress.
